Airport Arrival Instructions:
When you arrive, collect your luggage then please give us a call at (808) 260-8950, or you can find the needed information below. If you call, our dispatcher will let you know the name of your driver and ETA.
Domestic / Inter-Island Flights: Proceed to the main curb from your baggage claim, make a left turn, and continue toward baggage claim #6 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1.” This is where your driver will be waiting for you to be picked up.
International flights: At baggage claim #16, use the crosswalk and proceed to the central median, where the sign for “Pre-Arranged #3” is located. This is where your driver will be waiting for you to be picked up.

Make your way to the baggage claim area, and head in the direction of baggage claim #31. Once at baggage claim #31, there will be a sign that says “Pre-Arranged #5” to the right of the restrooms. There is a waiting area as soon as you go out the automated doors. Please wait here for your driver to arrive.

The shuttles are able to pick up along the fence line that is marked “Shuttle/Taxi” area. We are able to pick up from Piers 2, 10, and 11.
