Airport Shuttle

Pre-arranged pick up for all flights (other than Hawaiian Airlines) is at the far end of the baggage claim area. After exiting the baggage claim/arrivals area, turn right and walk to the end of the airport where our goldie vans will be waiting for you.

Shared Ride and Seat-In: Cancellations of HITS Shared Airport Shuttle are at no charge up to 2 hours prior to initials pick-up time. Any cancellation 2 hours or less before pick-up time will be charged the full rate for the ride. Cancellations made after ours by answering service will be accepted based on the time-stamp on the message.

Private Ride and Seat-In: Cancellations of HITS Private Airport Shuttle are at no charge up to 24 hours prior to initials pick-up time. Any cancellation 24 hours or less before pick-up time will be charged the full rate for the ride. Cancellations made after ours by answering service will be accepted based on the time-stamp on the message.

For flight issues at HNL, please inform us as soon as possible. We track all airplane times in Honolulu by flight number, and try to be as accommodating as possible. If you change or take a different flight, please let us know so we can have a driver ready at the airport.

Private Shuttle
